BTG does not provide transfer service from BBT to hotels in the Bintan Resorts area
Most hotels in the Bintan Resorts area offer shuttle service from Bandar Bentan Telani (BBT) Ferry Terminal.
How you contact the hotel depends on your booking method.
Below are three easy ways to arrange your shuttle.
1. If You Booked the Hotel Through the Official Website, Email, or WhatsApp
After you get your ferry tickets, contact the hotel.
Share your arrival details and ticket class.
And then their hotel staff will be stand by at arrival hall and take you to the resort for a smooth arrival.
2. If You Booked Through a Travel Agent
If you booked through a travel agent, contact the agent to arrange your shuttle.
The agent will coordinate with the hotel for you.
If you booked with BTG, such as a Seamless Stay Package or a Bintan holiday package,
we will arrange everything in advance, so you don’t need to worry about it later.
3. If You Booked via Online Platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.)
Use the “Message to Property” feature to contact the hotel.
Share your ferry arrival time at BBT Ferry Terminal and your ticket class (Regular or Emerald).
This helps the hotel arrange pickup at the right place and time.
