Details Itinerary
Pick-up Service
Your driver will meet you at your hotel lobby or Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal at the agreed pickup time before heading to the Sebung River mangrove jetty.
Journey to the Jetty
For guests staying within the Bintan Resorts area, the drive to the jetty typically takes around 15 to 20 minutes. The route passes through a quieter part of northern Bintan before reaching the departure point.
Before the Tour
Upon arrival at the jetty, there will be a brief introduction to the tour and basic safety information. Life jackets are provided and are required to be worn throughout the boat ride.
Mangrove Cruise
The mangrove tour lasts approximately 60 minutes along the Sebung River.
During the cruise, a local guide will share information about the mangrove ecosystem and the wildlife commonly found in the area. Depending on river conditions and wildlife activity on the day, visitors may spot monkeys, kingfishers, monitor lizards, and other animals that live within the mangrove habitat.
As with any nature-based activity, wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed and may vary from day to day.
Return Transfer
At the end of the tour, you will return to the jetty, where your driver will be ready to transfer you back to your hotel, resort, or ferry terminal.
Optional Stop
If time permits and the location is along the route, we can assist with a short stop at a nearby restaurant, or minimart before returning to your destination.

Payment
To secure your booking, advance payment is required. Depending on the time between your booking date and travel date, a deposit payment may be accepted. Our team will advise the applicable payment terms after reviewing your travel details.
All payments are made directly to the official company account of PT Bintan Travel Guide, a registered Bintan-based travel agency. For convenience and security, we also accept card payments through our approved payment channels.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests received at least 4 days before the tour date are eligible for a refund, subject to applicable administrative and payment processing fees.
- Cancellation requests made within 3 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
- No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.
Weather Policy

If weather conditions are not suitable for the tour to operate safely, we will first offer the option to reschedule your tour to another available departure time or date.
