Tanjungpinang Ferry Terminal ( SBP )

Another way to reach Bintan from Singapore is by ferry to Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal.

The ferry arrives in Tanjung Pinang city area, the main city of Bintan.

Travel details:

  • Travel time: Around 1 hour 40 minutes (Majestic Ferry), up to 2 hours (Sindo Ferry)

  • Ferry operators: Sindo Ferry, Majestic Ferry

  • Availability: Daily services

Book Sindo Ferry tickets in advance for your trip from Singapore to Tanjung Pinang.

Best for:

  • Bintan Resort Ferries are fully booked during peak season

  • You’re heading to Tanjung Pinang city or eastern Bintan (such as the Trikora area)

Approximate travel time from Tanjung Pinang:

  • To Bintan Resorts area: 1 hour 15 minutes – 1 hour 40 minutes

  • To Trikora area (East Bintan): 1 hour – 1 hour 30 minutes
