If your hotel is inside the resort zone, this makes getting around much easier.
But before relying on the app, there are a few things you should know.

Where You Can Use Grab in Bintan
Grab currently operates only inside the Bintan Resorts area.
It doesn’t cover the entire island yet.
Within the resort zone, you can use Grab for short trips such as:

Visiting Lagoi Bay Beach
Dining at Pujasera Lagoi
Going to Kelong Seafood Restaurant at Nirwana Gardens
