Our arrival driver Fahri was not only punctual and professional but also genuinely entertaining. He even helped us make a same-day massage booking on the spot, which was one of the highlights of our trip. Both Fahri and Heri also recommended some great local coffee and massage spots, which made our short getaway even more memorable.

What really stood out was how accommodating the team was. My partner, who doesn’t speak much Indonesian, still felt at ease and welcomed—thanks to the extra effort our driver made to speak in English and communicate clearly. It’s those small thoughtful gestures that made a big difference.

BTG’s coordination was excellent throughout, and their updates via WhatsApp were timely and reassuring. We never had to worry about a thing.

Mr. Ahand was also very... read more polite and a safe driver, going out of his way to make our Bintan trip as comfortable as possible. He helped us with our luggage, shopping bags, and even opened the car door for us. If we ever come back to Bintan, we will definitely look for Mr. Ahand again.

One incident that makes me impressed by Mr.Ahand was because our resort was out of the way from any shops. So he suggested we should go to convenience shops first before heading to resort, which he was right. I was thankful for his suggestion as we really needed to stock up before heading there.
