Bintan Arrival Card: Please Apply Online Before Arrival
The All Indonesia e-Arrival Digital Card is a mandatory online arrival form for all international travellers entering Indonesia.
Bintan travellers commonly refer to it as the “Bintan Arrival Card“, and it applies whether you arrive at Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal in Lagoi or Sri Bintan Pura Ferry Terminal in Tanjung Pinang.

- Must be completed within 72 hours before arrival
- Free of charge
- Takes only 2–3 minutes
- Not a visa (VOA or e-Visa must be applied separately), or you can learn more about Bintan Visa on Arrival
- Required for all travellers entering Indonesia
How It Works
- Have your passport ready — the form asks for passport number, personal details, and travel information
- Fill out the online form before arriving in Bintan
- Select the correct arrival port during the form
- Receive a QR code by email
- Show the QR code at clearance upon arrival at the ferry terminal

Select the Correct Arrival Port
- Bandar Bentan Telani (Lagoi) Port — select “LAI – Bandar Bentan Telani (Lagoi) Port” if arriving at Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal
- Sri Bintan Pura Port — select “SBP – Sri Bintan Pura Port” if arriving at Sri Bintan Pura Ferry Terminal, Tanjung Pinang
