Additional Information
- Hotels located outside the Bintan Resort area may be subject to an additional transfer fee.
- Depending on the pick-up location, the surcharge usually ranges from IDR 100,000 to IDR 300,000 per transport, and an earlier pick-up time may be required.

Details itinerary
Hotel Pick-Up
We will pick you up directly from your hotel lobby. Before the tour, our team will share the driver’s contact number and vehicle details for easy coordination on the day.
Transfer to the Jetty
The journey to the jetty usually takes around 15–20 minutes from hotels in the Bintan Resort area. Travel time may be longer for hotels located outside the area.
Before the Tour
Upon arrival, you will meet the local guide and receive a short briefing before boarding the boat. Life jackets are provided for all guests before the trip begins.
Fireflies Experience
After sunset, the boat heads out along the Sebung River through the mangrove forest. As the surroundings become darker, you may spot fireflies glowing among the mangrove trees while your guide shares information about the local ecosystem and wildlife found in the area.
Return Transfer
After the experience, your driver will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
Optional Stop

Payment
To secure your booking, advance payment is required. Depending on the time between your booking date and travel date, a deposit payment may be accepted. Our team will advise the applicable payment terms after reviewing your travel details.
All payments are made directly to the official company account of PT Bintan Travel Guide, a registered Bintan-based travel agency.
For convenience and security, we also accept card payments through our approved payment channels.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests received at least 4 days before the tour date are eligible for a refund, subject to applicable administrative and payment processing fees.
- Cancellation requests made within 3 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
- No-shows and unused services are non-refundable.
Weather Policy

If weather conditions are not suitable for the tour to operate safely, we will first offer the option to reschedule your tour to another available departure time or date.
If rescheduling is not possible, a refund option will be offered in accordance with our refund policy.
