Tanjungpinang Ferry Terminal is located in the southern part of Bintan Island and serves as an alternative arrival point when BBT ferry services are fully booked.

- Sindo Ferry – up to 2 hours
Some travelers also choose this route if they plan to spend time exploring Tanjungpinang before heading to the resort.
Step 3: Transfer to Banyu Biru Villa
From Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (BBT)
Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal (BBT) is the closest ferry terminal to Banyu Biru Villa.
The journey from the terminal to the hotel takes approximately 15 minutes, making it a convenient arrival point for guests travelling from Singapore.
There are several ways to get from BBT Ferry Terminal to the hotel.
Hotel Shuttle Service
The hotel provides complimentary scheduled shuttle services for guests arriving from Singapore, in line with the ferry arrival timetable.
Upon arrival at the terminal, hotel representatives are usually present in the arrival hall to assist guests with the transfer process.
Grab Car
Grab is available in Bintan, although coverage is more limited compared to major cities in Indonesia.
For the route between BBT Ferry Terminal and Banyu Biru Villa, securing a Grab ride is generally possible.
After clearing immigration and customs, simply open the Grab app and book your ride directly from the terminal.
Taxi Service
Taxi services are also available at BBT Ferry Terminal.
