Professional Journey
I began my career in Bintan (2009–2017), working at hotels, luxury resorts, private villas, and private islands. During this time, I focused on guest experience and building in-depth local knowledge of Bintan.
From 2017–2021, I expanded my experience in Bali, working in hotels and chain Villas to further develop my skills in guest handling and operational management.
After the COVID-19 pandemic, I worked as a freelance tour guide in Bintan, assisting travelers and helping them enjoy personalized and well-organized trips.
In 2023, I founded Bintan Travel Guide (BTG), combining my expertise with a dedicated team to provide travelers with reliable, fully personalized travel arrangements, along with practical travel guides, tips, and insights for planning trips to Bintan or making the most of their stay on the island.
