Beautiful Bintan Tour - Sigit from the Bintan Travel Guide organized a two day visit of Bintan Island just as I wanted. We had a organised car and a driver Budi who was very kind an helpful and drowe us first day to see Blue Lake and we also took a Mangrove Tour. On a second day he took us from our hotel and we visited 500 Lohan Temple and than he drove us to ferry terminal. Everything was just as I expected it.

Our... read more driver - Fahri did a good job bringing us to our attractions and even follow us to the Blue Lake and help us as a photographer for our family. He even suggests to bring us to the Batik house for my children to learn how to do a Batik painting and also a seafood restaurant.

However, the resort itself offers many activities, so we were still able to enjoy and relax during our stay.

Sigit gave us extremely detailed instructions to navigate speedboat travel from Batam to Bintan, and we had a smooth time finding Dani at the busy port. Dani took us to the Blue Lake, which was stunning, and lunch at a local seafood restaurant. We got to kayak through mangroves with Ade from Treasure Island, who was a pleasure to chat with. Our tour included day passes to Treasure Island, so there was time to enjoy their pool! Lastly, we did the nighttime fireflies tour, which was absolutely beautiful. We had quite a long day, and Dani was kind enough to drive us to pick up some dinner before dropping us off at our hotel. Dani is such a great tour guide; his driving was smooth, and we learned so much about Bintan from him. He was happy to answer all of our questions thoroughly! I am so thankful that BTG was such a great company to work with for my first time planning a trip!

During our short trip, I was kept well-updated. Budi, our friendly driver-cum-guide, was just as wonderful. He texted us ahead of time about our meeting point, picked us up punctually, and made us feel completely at ease with his light-hearted conversations. His warm personality and accommodating nature truly made the journey enjoyable.

He also took the effort to bring us to nearby supermarkets and made convenient stops at a kelong restaurant so we could enjoy our meals without any rush. The service throughout was prompt, thoughtful and genuinely customer-focused.
