1. From Singapore to Bintan Ferry Terminal
The fastest and most convenient way to reach Ten Rooms is by ferry from Singapore.
Ferry details:
Departure: Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (near Changi Airport)
Operator: Bintan Resort Ferry
Journey time: Around 70 minutes
From Bintan Ferry Terminal (BBT) to Ten Rooms
The resort is located about 60 km from BBT and takes approximately 1 hour and 9 minutes by land transfer.
To keep your arrival smooth, Book a private transfer is recommended.
Your driver will wait for you based on your ferry ticket, as each ferry class arrives at a different gate.
This ensures your driver meets you at the correct location without any confusion.
Arriving Early?
Most Bintan resorts start check-in around 2–3 PM.
If you arrive earlier, there’s no need to wait at the hotel. You can spend your first day enjoying Bintan tours & activities.
Pickup is available from Bintan Ferry Terminal (BBT). After your tour, the transfer ends at the resort.

2. From Singapore to Tanjungpinang Ferry Terminal
This route works well when Bintan Resort Ferries are fully booked
You’ll arrive in Tanjung Pinang, Bintan Island’s main city.
Ferry details:
Departure: Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Singapore
Sindo Ferry: Around 2 hours
Majestic Ferry: Around 1 hour 40 minutes

The distance is about 35 km, with a driving time of around 52 minutes.
A land transfer is required from Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal to the resort.
The hotel does not usually provide a shuttle. You can contact the hotel in advance if you need a pickup.

3. From Other Indonesian Cities to Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport
If you’re traveling from other cities in Indonesia, flying is the most convenient option.
Fly to Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport in Tanjung Pinang.
Flights are available from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Pekanbaru, and other cities.
International travelers can fly via Jakarta and continue to Tanjung Pinang.
From the Airport to Ten Rooms
The drive takes about 37 minutes (around 27 km).
Taxis are available at the official airport taxi counters.
4. From Batam to Bintan
If you’re starting from Batam, getting to Bintan is simple.
By speedboat:
Take a 15–20 minute speedboat from Telaga Punggur Ferry Terminal (Batam) to Tanjung Uban Port.
By land:
From Tanjung Uban, the drive to the resort takes about 1 hour 13 minutes by taxi.
