The resort is about 1 hour by car from Tanjungpinang Ferry Terminal, and a land transfer is required.
There is no shuttle service available.
We recommend booking a private transfer in advance. Your driver will wait at the arrival gate and take you directly to the resort.

This option is for travelers already in Indonesia or coming from other cities. You can reach Bintan Exotica by sea or air.

From Batam to Bintan by Domestic Speedboat
Travellers coming from Batam can take a domestic speedboat from Telaga Punggur Port to Tanjung Uban Port, located in the northern part of Bintan.
The crossing takes approximately 15 minutes, making it the fastest sea connection between Batam and Bintan.
Boats generally depart every 30 minutes from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Tickets must be purchased directly at the counter, as online booking is currently not available.
The fare is around IDR 63,500 per person (one way), typically including the ticket, insurance, and terminal fee. Prices may vary.
From Tanjung Uban Port, the journey to Bintan Exotica takes about 60 minutes by car.

Domestic Flight
It is also possible to fly to Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport in Tanjung Pinang. All flights arrive from Jakarta. If you are coming from another city in Indonesia, a transit through Jakarta is required.
A land transfer takes approximately 60 minutes.

Ferries depart from Stulang Laut Ferry Terminal (Berjaya Waterfront / The ZON Ferry Terminal) in Johor Bahru and arrive at Sri Bintan Pura Ferry Terminal in Tanjungpinang.
The journey takes around 2 hours 10 to 15 minutes. Services are usually operated by Citra Indomas, with around 1–2 departures per day, depending on the schedule.
