The fastest and most convenient way to reach Madu Tiga Beach & Resort is by ferry from Singapore.

From Bintan Ferry Terminal (BBT) to Madu Tiga Beach & Resort
The resort is located about 49 km from BBT and takes approximately 56 minutes by land transfer.
To keep your arrival smooth, Book a private transfer is recommended.
Your driver will wait for you based on your ferry ticket, as each ferry class arrives at a different gate.

2. From Singapore to Tanjungpinang Ferry Terminal
This route works well when Bintan Resort Ferries are fully booked
You’ll arrive in Tanjung Pinang, Bintan Island’s main city.

Sindo Ferry: Around 2 hours
Majestic Ferry: Around 1 hour 40 minutes

The distance is about 49 km, with a driving time of around 1 hour 5 minutes.
A land transfer is required from Tanjung Pinang Ferry Terminal to the resort.
The hotel does not usually provide a shuttle. You can contact the hotel in advance if you need a pickup.

If you’re traveling from other cities in Indonesia, flying is the most convenient option.
