Arrival Halls Overview
At BBT, the process for finding your hotel staff can differ depending on your ferry ticket class.
Economy and Emerald class tickets take slightly different routes after exiting the ferry. Knowing which arrival hall to head toward makes it much easier to find your hotel staff.
Below, we’ve outlined a step-by-step guide based on your ticket class and arrival hall to make it easy to navigate.
Regular / Economy Class Ticket
If you’re traveling with a Regular or Economy Class ticket, meeting your hotel staff is straightforward.

Once your passport is stamped, you can collect any checked luggage (if you checked in bags in Singapore).
Ensure your E-Digital Arrival Card is completed and ready, as it’s mandatory.
After collecting your checked luggage, proceed to customs clearance. Make sure nothing is left behind when passing through the scan detector, even small items like handbags or personal bags should go through the tray for scanning.
After that, walk toward the Arrival Hall — it’s still inside the same building and just a short walk away.

Some counters are on the left, others on the right. Look for staff holding a sign with the hotel name or logo.
When you meet them, let them know which hotel you’re staying at. They’ll check your name on the arrival list and then guide you to the hotel’s shuttle service.

If the area is crowded or you can’t immediately find your hotel staff, don’t worry. You have two options:

Emerald Class
If you’re traveling with an Emerald Class ticket, the process is even more convenient. After disembarking, Emerald passengers are directed straight to the Emerald Lounge. Signage and lounge staff will guide you to the right area

The lounge staff will guide you through the full clearance process, including immigration and customs, and let you know when everything is ready.
Before leaving the lounge, double-check that your passport has the correct arrival stamp and that all your luggage is accounted for.
Once cleared, you can exit the lounge. Your hotel staff is usually waiting nearby with a hotel name or logo sign. If you don’t see them right away, just ask the Emerald Lounge staff — they’ll be happy to help you locate your hotel team.
