Club Med Bintan Island is the island’s only true all-inclusive resort, and one of its most reviewed, with over 7,400 Tripadvisor reviews and a 2026 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best award.

The stay covers accommodation, unlimited gourmet meals and snacks, an open bar, and a genuinely wide activity roster, from golf lessons and yoga to flying trapeze, archery, kayaking, snorkeling, tennis, and padel, all included in the rate.

Families are especially well looked after: Kids Clubs run from 4 months old right through to teens aged 17, with dedicated programming for each age group, and the resort’s circus school regularly comes up in reviews as a highlight for kids and parents alike.

The resort sits on its own 2.5 km private beach along the South China Sea, and its proximity to the highly regarded Ria Bintan Golf Club, just 2 km away, makes it a popular pick for golfing guests too.

It’s worth knowing that Club Med Bintan is in the middle of phased room upgrades running from June 2025 through December 2026, so some areas may have light construction noise,

and reviews note that guest demographics here (predominantly Asian travelers) mean the atmosphere leans quieter and more family-oriented in the evenings rather than the livelier party scene some travelers associate with Club Med resorts elsewhere.
