Note: Pick-up or drop-off outside the Bintan Resort area costs an additional IDR 100,000–300,000 per transport, depending on your hotel location.

Hotel Pick-up
Your private driver picks you up from your hotel at the confirmed time. Pick-up from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal can also be arranged.
Transfer to the Jetty
Travel by private vehicle to the jetty at Sebung River. Travel time depends on your hotel location.
At the Jetty
Meet your local guide, receive a short briefing, and put on your life jacket before boarding the boat.
Mangrove River Cruise
Enjoy a 60-minute boat ride along the Sebung River on a low-emission boat. Your local guide will share information about the mangrove ecosystem as you look out for local wildlife.
Refreshments
After the cruise, light refreshments such as soft drinks, ice cream, or young coconuts may be available at the jetty, subject to availability.
Return to Your Hotel
Your private driver will take you back to your hotel after the tour.
Optional Stops
You can request a stop at a nearby restaurant or minimart before or after the tour. Please let us know when booking.

The boat experience is usually around 60 minutes. Including hotel pickup, transfer to the jetty, and return transfer, the full experience may take around 1,5–3 hours depending on your hotel location and itinerary.
Hotel pickup and drop-off can be arranged for selected hotels and resorts in the Lagoi and Bintan Resorts area. Pickup from BBT Ferry Terminal is also available for guests arriving by ferry. Additional charges may apply for hotels outside the main pickup area.
