Blue Lake is a former mining pit filled with turquoise water, and the Sand Dunes sit right beside it with an open, sandy landscape.

A private vehicle and driver-guide are included, with pick-up times flexible between 08:30 to 15:30.

Pick-up Service

Guests are picked up in a private vehicle, either at Bintan Telani Ferry Terminal or directly from the hotel lobby. Pick-up times are available between 08:30 to 15:30

Journey to Blue Lake & Sand Dunes

Travel time depends on the pick-up location. From the Bintan Resort area, the ride usually takes 35–40 minutes.

Explore Bintan Sand Dunes

Upon arrival, guests can explore the sand dunes at their own pace. The area offers several photo spots, and the driver stays on-site throughout the visit.

Visit Blue Lake Bintan

Just a short walk from the sand dunes, Blue Lake Bintan is known for its turquoise water, the result of an old mining site turned natural lake. It’s another good stop for photos before heading back.

Return Transfer

After the tour, guests are transferred back to their hotel or the ferry terminal, based on preference.

Additional Stops

A stop at a souvenir shop, mini mart, or local restaurant can be arranged along the way, as long as it’s on the same route.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

How to Book

Contact BTG via WhatsApp or email with the tour date, hotel, and number of guests. The team will check availability and send the price and booking details. Booking early is recommended during weekends and holidays.

Payment

Advance payment is needed to confirm a booking. A deposit may be accepted, depending on the tour date. Payment goes directly to PT Bintan Travel Guide’s official account. Card payment is also accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 4 days before the tour date to get a refund, minus admin and processing fees.
Cancel within 3 days, no-show, or unused service: no refund.

Weather Conditions

Weather affects safety and comfort during the tour. If weather is not suitable, the tour can be rescheduled first. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a refund will be offered.
