Transfer to Mangrove Jetty
Travel to the mangrove jetty is by private transport. Journey time depends on pick-up location, though guests staying within the Bintan Resort area typically reach the jetty in around 15–20 minutes.
Mangrove Boat Tour
The cruise runs about 60 minutes along the Sebung River, aboard a low-emission boat.
Your guide shares details about the mangrove ecosystem and local wildlife, with a chance to spot monkeys, kingfishers, monitor lizards, and other animals, depending on river conditions and daily activity.
As with any nature-based activity, sightings can't be guaranteed and vary from day to day.
Back at the Jetty
After the cruise, you head back to the jetty, where light refreshments such as soft drink, Ice Cream & young coconut are offered, subject to availability.
Transfer to Sand Dunes & Blue Lake Bintan
After the mangrove tour, you continue to the Sand Dunes and Blue Lake by private transport with your driver-guide. The journey usually takes around 20–25 minutes.
Explore Bintan Sand Dunes
On arrival, you're free to explore the sand dunes at your own pace. The area offers spots for photos, and your driver stays with you throughout the visit.
Visit Blue Lake Bintan
A short walk from the sand dunes, Blue Lake Bintan is known for its turquoise water, a former mining site now turned into a natural lake.
Guests typically spend around 60–90 minutes exploring both Sand Dunes and Blue Lake, depending on their own pace.
Return Transfer
After completing the visit, you're transferred back to your hotel or Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal.
