International travelers visiting Bintan from Singapore are required to complete the Indonesia Digital Arrival Card before arrival.
This requirement applies to all international arrivals entering Bintan Island, Indonesia via Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal and Sri Bintan Pura Ferry Terminal in Tanjung Pinang.
This is one of the essential Bintan entry requirements for international travelers.

How to Complete the Bintan Arrival Card
Travelers should prepare passport details before starting the application process.
The Indonesia Digital Arrival Card can be completed by:
- Visiting the official Indonesia Digital Arrival Card website or
- Downloading the mobile app via the App Store or Google Play Store
Select the Correct Arrival Port
Travelers must select the correct arrival port during submission.
If arriving via Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal in Lagoi, select:
- LAI – Bandar Bentan Telani (Lagoi) Port
If arriving via Sri Bintan Pura Ferry Terminal in Tanjung Pinang, select:
- SBP – Sri Bintan Pura Port
After Submission
After completing the form, travelers will receive a confirmation email with a barcode (QR code).
Upon arrival in Bintan, travelers may be asked to scan the barcode during the immigration or arrival process at the ferry terminal.
