Villa categories range from Junior and Verandah Suites in the Great House (50-76 sqm) up to the fully standalone Vanda Villa (287 sqm plus a 180 sqm terrace and its own 12-metre infinity pool),
with the Leelawadee compound offering three interconnected one-bedroom villas around a shared 17-metre pool for families or groups traveling together.
Every room comes with 464-thread- count Egyptian cotton linen, Lefroy Brooks bathtubs, Le Labo bath products, and a private wine cabinet, and guests are looked after by staff the resort calls “Artisans,”
What genuinely sets The Sanchaya apart starts before guests even arrive: the estate operates its own VIP lounge at the ferry terminal, where staff handle immigration and luggage while guests relax with a drink, before a 10-minute chauffeured transfer to the property.
