The easiest way to reach Natra Bintan is by ferry from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in Singapore to Bandar Bentan Telani ferry terminal (BBT), a journey of approximately 70 minutes.
BBT is located within the Bintan Resorts area, just a 5-minute drive from the hotel, and Natra Bintan provides a complimentary shuttle to pick up arriving guests.
Travelers coming from within Indonesia can fly into Tanjung Pinang Airport or take a ferry via Batam, though both options require a longer land transfer to reach Lagoi.
