Check your dates for availability & best rates
Escape to a resort experience unlike any other, where the ocean view is replaced by something far more unusual: a front-row seat to the stunning Crystal Lagoon, a 6.3-hectare man-made saltwater lagoon anchoring the Treasure Bay Bintan complex.
Every one of the resort’s 100 safari-inspired tents features a private terrace with garden or lagoon views, a king-sized bed, sofa bed, semi-outdoor rainforest shower, LED TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning tucked within canvas walls.
What sets this property apart is the range of experiences available without ever leaving the grounds, from jet skis, wakeboards and kayaks to a playground and archery range for the children, followed by a barbecue dinner served right on the tent patio.
Warm, personal service defines every stay, with guests frequently returning for a team who remember them by name and go above and beyond to make each visit memorable.
This makes Natra Bintan an ideal choice for families and groups seeking an activity-packed getaway, as well as couples in search of a quieter, nature-immersed take on glamping.
For those wishing to venture beyond the lagoon, tours and transfers can be arranged to explore Bintan Island’s mangroves, lakes and countryside.
How to Get to Natra Bintan
The easiest way to reach Natra Bintan is by ferry from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal in Singapore to Bandar Bentan Telani ferry terminal (BBT), a journey of approximately 70 minutes.
BBT is located within the Bintan Resorts area, just a 5-minute drive from the hotel, and Natra Bintan provides a complimentary shuttle to pick up arriving guests.
Travelers coming from within Indonesia can fly into Tanjung Pinang Airport or take a ferry via Batam, though both options require a longer land transfer to reach Lagoi.
