Bintan ATV is 8KM guided ride at an ATV site around 15–20 minutes from the Bintan Resort area, covering natural tracks and open plantation surroundings.

The route follows a simple layout that’s easy to follow even for first-time riders.

Private hotel transfer, safety gear, and a professional guide are included as part of the booking.

Details Itinerary

Pick-up Service
Guests are picked up directly from their hotel lobby or from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal by private transport.

Journey to ATV Location
Private transport takes guests to the ATV site, usually around 15–20 minutes from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal.

Briefing & Gear Up
On arrival, guests are fitted with ATV equipment and safety gear. The guide runs through a short briefing on how to operate the ATV, along with basic safety instructions, before riders set off.

ATV Ride
The 8KM guided ride goes through plantation surroundings and open tracks, with a local guide or instructor riding along to assist and keep things running smoothly.

Short Break
After the ride, guests take a short rest to relax before heading back.

Return Transfer
Private transport brings guests back to their hotel lobby once the experience wraps up.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

How to Book

Contact BTG via WhatsApp or email with the tour date, hotel, and number of guests. The team will check availability and send the price and booking details. Booking early is recommended during weekends and holidays.

Payment

Advance payment is needed to confirm a booking. A deposit may be accepted, depending on the tour date. Payment goes directly to PT Bintan Travel Guide’s official account. Card payment is also accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 4 days before the tour date to get a refund, minus admin and processing fees.
Cancel within 3 days, no-show, or unused service: no refund.

Weather Conditions

Weather affects safety and comfort during the tour. If weather is not suitable, the tour can be rescheduled first. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a refund will be offered.
