I booked with Sigit as a solo traveller, providing him with a rough idea of where I intend to go and visit. He returned to me a rough itinerary and pricing, and his customer service was superb even when I have not confirmed to tour with him. I was assigned Budi for both of my touring days and Budi was very extroverted, and able to keep me in conversation even when I was an introvert. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the team at Bintan Travel Guide (BTG) for helping to make our family trip to Bintan a memorable one. Although we were only able to arrange the Fireflies Tour during this visit due to the busy operational schedule and limited availability of the ATV activity, everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The tour was well-organised, relaxing, and a wonderful opportunity for our family and friends to spend quality time together. A special thank you to Sigit for coordinating the transportation and payment arrangements. His prompt communication and efficient coordination ensured that everything went smoothly, which played a big part in making the Fireflies Tour a success. We would also like to thank our drivers, Budi and Galih, for safely transporting us to and from the various locations. Their punctuality, professionalism, and friendly service were greatly appreciated by our entire group. Last but not least, a big thank you to Joshua and Amon, our guides during the Fireflies Tour. They were knowledgeable, engaging, and ensured that everyone had an enjoyable experience on the boat. Their guidance and hospitality made the evening even more memorable. We truly appreciate the efforts of the entire BTG team and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone visiting Bintan. We had an excellent experience with Sigit as our travel guide. From start to finish, everything was well organised, smooth, and professionally handled. Communication was easy, and he was very responsive throughout the trip, making our journey hassle-free. We stayed at Banyu Biru Villa, which was very clean, spacious, and comfortable for our family. The breakfast offered a good variety and was more than sufficient to start our days well. The landscaped pool and surroundings were also beautifully maintained and very relaxing. Throughout the trip, Sigit ensured everything ran smoothly and helped coordinate our itinerary well. The kids especially enjoyed the experience, and we appreciated how everything was taken care of without stress on our side. Overall, we are very satisfied with his service and would highly recommend Sigit as a travel guide for anyone visiting Bintan.
