Details Itinerary
Pick-up Service
We pick you up based on your preferred schedule and location, hotel lobby within the Bintan Resort area, or directly from Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal. The day before your trip, we share your driver and car details so everything is clear ahead of time.
Journey to Blue Lake & Sand Dunes
Travel time depends on pick-up location. From the Bintan Resort area, it usually takes 35–40 minutes depending on traffic.
Exploring Sand Dunes & Blue Lake
Both sites sit in the same area, an easy walk between them. Your driver-guide stays with you throughout. Optional activities such as ATV rides and eagle photo sessions are available on-site at your own expense, just ask your driver-guide if you are interested.
Return Transfer
After the tour, you are transferred back to your hotel or the ferry terminal based on your preference.
Additional Stops
Want to stop at a souvenir shop, mini mart, or local restaurant along the way? Just let us know, we can arrange it as long as it is on the same route

Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your travel date, pick-up time, location, and number of participants. As this tour runs daily and books up fast on weekends and holidays, advance booking is recommended.
Payment
Advance payment is required to secure your booking; a deposit may be accepted depending on how close your travel date is. Payments go directly to the official account of PT Bintan Travel Guide, a registered travel agency in Bintan. Card payments are also accepted through approved channels.
Cancellation
- 4+ days before the tour: refundable, minus admin and processing fees
- Within 3 days: non-refundable
- No-shows: non-refundable
Weather Policy
We monitor conditions in northern Bintan closely. If weather is unsuitable, we will first offer to reschedule. If that is not possible, a refund follows our standard policy
