Hotel or Ferry Terminal Pick-Up
Your driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby or Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal between 08:30 and 09:30. One day before the tour, we will share your vehicle and driver details for easy coordination.
Transfer to East Bintan Jetty
Travel by private transport to the departure jetty in East Bintan. The journey takes approximately 60 minutes from the Bintan Resort area.
Boat Transfer to the Kelong
Upon arrival at the jetty, continue with a short boat ride of approximately 15 minutes to the traditional kelong. Life jackets are provided for your comfort and safety.
Enjoy the Kelong & Snorkeling Experience
Spend around 2 to 3 hours at the kelong and nearby snorkeling area. You are free to snorkel at your own pace, relax by the water, take photos, or simply enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of East Bintan.
Snorkeling equipment and basic guidance are included, making the experience suitable for beginners and casual travellers. Depending on availability and sea conditions, you may also enjoy additional activities such as kayaking and light fishing around the kelong.
Return Boat Transfer
After your time at the kelong, return by boat to the mainland jetty.
Optional Lunch Stop
If you wish, your driver can stop at a local restaurant on the way back. Meals and beverages are at your own expense.
Return Transfer
Relax during the return journey as your driver transfers you back to your hotel or Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal.

Once we receive your enquiry, we will check availability and provide the tour details, pricing, and booking confirmation. Advance booking is recommended, especially during weekends, public holidays, school holidays, and peak travel periods when availability may be limited.
Payment
To confirm your booking, advance payment is required. Depending on your travel date, a deposit payment may be accepted, and our team will advise the applicable payment terms during the booking process.
All payments are made directly to the official company account of PT Bintan Travel Guide, a registered travel agency based in Bintan. For added convenience, we also accept card payments through our approved payment channels.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests received at least 4 days before the tour date are eligible for a refund, subject to applicable administrative and payment processing fees.
- Cancellation requests made within 3 days of the tour date, no-shows, and unused services are non-refundable.
Weather & Sea Conditions
As the snorkeling experience takes place in the sea, weather and water conditions are important factors for both safety and comfort.
If sea conditions are not suitable for the tour to operate safely, we will first offer the option to reschedule your tour to another available date or departure time.
If rescheduling is not possible, a refund option will be offered in accordance with our refund policy.
